Accommodation
The cottage is arranged on 2 floors, the charming first floor kitchen which leads onto a generous balcony, overlooks the surrounding grounds, it has exposed oak roof beams and skylights with modern fitted units and island table, all with granite worktops.
The adjacent large lounge has a feature fireplace with living flame gas fire, and benefits from TV, DVD and IPod docking station.
To the ground floor you will find a modern wc and shower room together with 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, both with feature lighting and attractive chimney breasts.
The cottage is equipped with the following :
Twin electric oven range with gas hob and wok burner, Neff microwave, built in fridge and dishwasher, gas central heating, TV, DVD/video, music system, radio, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, washing machine, hairdryer, electric kettle and toaster, blender, a selection of CD's, family games and books.
Some basic items will be available when you arrive, these include:
a small supply of tea bags, sachets of coffee and sugar. There will also be washing-up liquid, tea towels/dish cloth, detergents for the washing machine and, kitchen roll, refuse bags and toilet rolls.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
Wireless Internet access
In the interests of all our guests, the cottage has been designated as strictly non-smoking.
We do ask guests not to put wet wipes down the toilet as it blocks the drains.
Sorry no pets - although Registered Assistance Dogs permitted.
Car parking is available adjacent to the cottage on the unadopted road to the side.

Check In From 3.00pm on day of arrival.
Check Out Before 11.00am on day of departure.
